Paul Murphy Plastics has specialized in the manufacture of custom thermoplastic profile extrusions for 60 years. Because it is the only type of plastic processing we do, all of our time, effort, and resources are dedicated to optimizing the manufacturing process and enhancing product quality. The majority of our products are designed and manufactured to serve specific customer needs, either as part of an assembly or as a standalone item.
We manufacture products that are utilized by a variety of industries including appliance, automotive, building products, office systems and pollution control. Our extrusion profiles have widths up to 9” and tolerances as tight as +/- .002”. We work with a wide range of materials including; ABS, acrylic, nylon, polycarbonate, polyethylene, polypropylene, and TPE. We custom formulate and compound our own flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials to provide various performance advantages including, color, gloss, strength and weatherability. We are familiar with ASTM specifications as well as a host of industry specific standards for testing and performance.
